Rachel and Alex’s Dreamy Wedding at the Historic Mankin Mansion

As a wedding photographer, I’ve had the incredible privilege of capturing some of the most beautiful moments in people’s lives. But when it comes to Rachel and Alex, this wedding held a special place in my heart. I’ve had the honor of growing with these two incredible people—from high school to college, and now, having the honor of documenting their forever.

Rachel and Alex’s wedding on June 2nd, 2023 at the Historic Mankin Mansion was absolutely magical. Seriously, it was like stepping into a fairy tale! The weather was perfect—it was one of those gorgeous summer days that just felt like everything was falling into place.

Mankin Mansion is such a stunning venue, with all its timeless charm and elegance, and it was the perfect setting for these two. From the moment I walked onto the grounds, I knew this was going to be one of those weddings that felt like a dream. Every single detail was like something straight out of a love story, and honestly, I was so excited to be there to capture it all!

Rachel and Alex’s first look was a moment I will never forget. The way they looked at each other—pure excitement, nerves, and all the love in the world. You could just feel how much they mean to each other. Their connection is real, like the kind of love you see in movies. And when they exchanged their vows, it was so intimate and heartfelt. There’s something incredibly powerful about being able to document a couple’s story from the beginning and being a part of the chapters that lead them to the most important day of their lives.
