As one of the only vendors who will be with you most of the day, I hope to help you feel prepared, informed and reassured about what to expect so that you'll be able to relax and enjoy your wedding day.

Your Story
After the your wedding, I'll set to work on editing your images and create a beautiful collection for your online gallery. This usually takes about 4-6 weeks, 6- 8 weeks for Spring or Fall weddings.
We'll arrange to meet up about 4-6 weeks prior to the big day, when all your planning is confirmed. We'll discuss your itinerary in finer detail so you'll feel confident about how we'll weave photography into your day.

01. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR EQUIPMENT BREAKS?
It is a fact of life that technology can sometimes run into some issues. However, I have enough equipment to bring as a back-up on the day. My gear is well maintained so I have taken every step I can to prevent problems and protect your images.
I also shoot onto dual cards simultaneously, which ensures multiple copies of each image.

02. WHAT IF YOU CAN'T ATTEND OUR WEDDING?
I’ve never yet not been able to attend a wedding but, as with any supplier, it is possible that an illness or emergency could prevent me from attending your wedding. In this unlikely event, I will try to find a similar style replacement from my network. If this is not possible, then the final, worst and last case scenario is that I will refund the money you have paid me.

03. WHY HAVE A SECOND SHOOTER?
To help ensure the day’s smooth- running, for example, by helping to rally your guests for any group shots you may wish to have. They'll also maximize the coverage of your day by providing a different perspective, priority or angle. You’ll love their complementary images, which are personally edited by me so they'll work together seamlessly.

04. DO YOU EDIT and RETOUCH THE IMAGES?
I edit and retouch with care and respect. Initially getting this right in-camera with the most flattering angles and lighting is key but if you get a temporary blemish on the day, I’ll remove it! Don't worry, I avoid obvious, heavily-edited changes.
The process of editing essentially involves making an appropriate artistic judgement on each photo and aiming for a cohesive collection. Each image is individually edited to reflect my light and airy style. You'll receive perfectly-finished digital images.

05. WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH OUR PHOTOS AFTER THE WEDDING?
You've probably made some of your decisions on wedding vendors by browsing images of their work. For the benefit of future couples who might like to see my work, I politely ask that couples consent to my usage of a selection of their images on my website. We can discuss any other relevant permissions such as of children and sensitive locations and so forth. I appreciate that opinions about sharing on social media are often more divided and you can let me know how you feel about this at our pre-wedding meeting.
